EDUCATION
We are living in an increasingly complex world. We need to educate the next generation of leaders to be ready for the challenges they will face.
This means "alternative" pedagogies that centre service, wellbeing and courage within the learners' journeys.

Colonial cycles continue to harm both colonised and colonisers. Its time to break these cycles.
Through reconnecting with land-based languages, cultures and cosmologies that are true to our own ancestries, we can build our power to resist and transform colonialism, and co-create new ways forward rooted in solidarity and healing.

RESILIENCE & REGENERATION
THE CENTRE OF RESILIENCE
COFOUNDED & DIRECTED BY PRASHANT KUMAR & BEN REID-HOWELLS
Bihar, North India, faces issues of poverty, unsustainable development and severe vulnerability to climate change. Over the course of eleven months with Prashant Kumar, we created a prototype for self-reliant, resilient housing and sustainable development: a house that cleans its own waste water, grows its own food, harnesses solar energy, and is made of a combination of resistant materials, upcycled waste, natural materials and traditional contruction methods.
The Bihar Centre for Resilient Livelihood is our effort to bring about a regional shift in Bihar towards revival of Indigenous practices, sustainable design and forms of livelihood that can withstand the challenges of climate change and social injustice. Through the Bihar Centre, Prashant will deliver trainings to regional workers to become social entrepreneurs, bringing sustainable economic development and regional network building to Bihar.
